 | New Tee Signs |
 Yohann writes "Well, the new tee sign for hole 18 is up and we have already had an incident with it. Someone got an ACE on 18 and immediately went to "Autograph" the sign for all to see their accomplishment. While I am aware that this practice occurs at many courses we would appreciate it if that did not occur at Tendick. What it comes down to is that it is vandalism. There is alot of time and effort going into making these new signs. All holes will have them by the end of the summer. The signs have been funded by the club, not taxes by the county as was argued on Sunday. Even if they were from taxes that still does not give you permission to vandalize. These signs are not being mass produced. Each sign is unique for every hole out there. Replacement would be very time consuming.
With that being said, if you have the good fortune of hitting an ACE. Congratulations. Write it on YOUR DISC not the signs. That way everytime you pull out that disc you can brag it up to your friends if you need the props.
